The Moroccan caftan in the spotlight in Paris
The Moroccan caftan was in the spotlight Saturday night in Paris during the unpublished parade “Caftan And Luxury”.
Organized at the initiative of Moroccan designer Amine Mrani, this colorful parade was attended by nineteen major creators of different nationalities, from Morocco, Algeria, the United Arab Emirates but also France to make discover the new collection of Moroccan caftan.
The public, many come to admire the latest creations of these talented and renowned designers including Siham El Habti, Nisrine Bekkali, Fatima Saber, Farah Benchekroun, was dazzled by these haute couture collections. This initiative aims to promote the traditional clothing heritage internationally and the Moroccan way of life through the Caftan.
It has allowed these various creators confirmed to highlight the evolution of the Moroccan caftan in terms of style, cut, choice of colors and fabric through original and creative collections. The French capital was the first stop of the Caftan And Luxury, which will visit other countries including the Netherlands and the United States.
